So, I made the jump and invested in a drone for photography and video fun. The gold standard out there seems to be the DJI Phantom series. The Phantom 3 comes in three models: The Standard, Advanced, and Professional (Compare the models here). My knee-jerk reaction was, of course, to buy the top end model and load it up with a GoPro camera. Read more

I love dogs. Woof! These are just a few shots from my afternoon at the dog park with my 15 year old Beagle Zoey and my 2(?) year old rescue chiweenie (we think), Scooter.

So, with 24 hours notice, I had a chance to hop over to London, England for a work emergency. I was to stay there for about 1 month to sort out some computer network related silliness. Most of my trip there was spent working some crazy hours; including weekends. I was able to sneak away once or twice to get out and do some touristy-type things. Read more
